[MapleSEA] Hyper Skills (Hyper Skill Points from lv140 to lv200) and Hyper Stats (Hyper Stat Points from lv140 to lv250)

Revamped Hyper Stats:
http://aminoapps.com/p/v0kvln
An unfunded way or order of training the revamped Hyper Stats is as follows.
1) Add % damage first.
2) Add weapon attack/magic attack.
3) Add the primary stat(s) for all jobs;
except for Dark Knight, and Phantom using Dark Knight's 3rd job skill Cross Over Chains, which should add % Max HP.

4) Add the secondary stats(s);
except for Dark Knight, and Phantom using Dark Knight's 3rd job skill Cross Over Chains, which should add their individual primary stat (STR for Dark Knight, and LUK for Phantom).

5) Add % critical damage, % monster defense ignored, and % boss damage; except for
Dark Knight, and Phantom using Dark Knight's 3rd job skill Cross Over Chains, which should add their individual secondary stat DEX first, before adding % critical damage, % monster defense ignored, and % boss damage.
Screenshot image 1 (Bishop):
In general, this means that a lv269 character which has completed the 5th job advancement at lv200+, would have lv15 % Damage, lv15 ATT/MATT, and lv7 Primary Stat, and lv0 for other Hyper Stats.

Screenshot image 2 (Mihile):
In general, this means that a lv200 character which has not completed the 5th job advancement at lv200+, would have lv10 % Damage, lv10 ATT/MATT, lv5 Primary Stat, lv3 Secondary Stat, lv3 % Critical Damage, and lv0 for other Hyper stats.

Important:

1)
The buffed damage ranges of Demon Avenger, Dark Knight, and Phantom using Dark Knight's 3rd job skill Cross Over Chains, increase as their HP increases.

2)
Before completing the 5th job advancement at lv200, the highest level for each Hyper Stat is lv10.
After completing the 5th job advancement at lv200, the highest level for each Hyper Stat is lv15.
Thank you.

    IMPORTANT:
    You should be able to achieve a total of +27% critical rate for your main character, by doing the following:
    -
    1) Train Phantom to lv120, and link its link skill to your main character (linking of link skills can be done at lv70, and the character giving the link skill will not lose its link skill).
    -
    2) Train Crossbow Master and Night Lord to lv140 (Rank S in Maple Union) each, and equipping them in Maple Union % critical rate tiles.
    -
    3) Please make sure *not* to overoccupy Maple Union % critical rate tiles if your main character has exceeded 100% critical rate, taking note that the stat window of your main character will only show critical rate as 100%.

    Updated as of the "V" patch.
    ------------------------------------- 1. Hyper SKILLS - At lv140, in the skill window, click on 'hyper'.
    - By lv190, you will get 5 SP for hyper Passive skills and 3 SP for hyper Attack skills.
    -
    [1] Hyper Attack skills (lv140, lv160, lv190) are the only type of hyper skills that have only 3 hyper skills. And each hyper Attack skill requires only 1 SP as each has a maximum level of level 1. -
    [2] Hyper Passive skills (lv140, lv150, lv165, lv180, lv190) - Please aim to train those which add to damage, or % damage. These include (Please read everything, thank you.):
    Please kindly follow the order, starting from 1, to the last one.
    ***The rules below include “increased chance / increased % chance.***
    Thank you.
    = 1) [TO TRAIN] + % damage, + damage
    =
    2) [TO TRAIN] + % stats, + stats:

    [1] STR/DEX/INT/LUK (Start with primary stats, then secondary stats if secondary stats are available:
    Primary and secondary stats, taking note that:
    ***Xenon*** has primary stats STR, DEX and LUK, but no secondary stats;
    ***Demon Avenger*** has primary stat HP and secondary stat STR);

    [2] HP for ***Dark Knight*** (3rd job skill Cross Over Chain, not a primary stat (STR), not a secondary stat (DEX), ***but boosts buffed damage range***);

    [3] HP for ***Phantom*** using Dark Knight's 3rd job skill Cross Over Chain, not a primary stat (LUK), not a secondary stat (DEX), *** but boosts buffed damage range***)

    3) [TO TRAIN] + % weapon attack, + weapon attack for jobs which deal weapon damage (e.g. Bishop)
    =
    4) [TO TRAIN] + % magic attack + magic attack for jobs which deal magic damage (e.g. Bishop)
    =
    5) [TO TRAIN] ***+ % boss damage, + boss damage*** (e.g. Bishop, Zen)

    11) [TO TRAIN] *** + % EXP reward*** (e.g. Bishop)
    =
    12) [***FOR ALL JOBS***: TO TRAIN ONLY AFTER THE ABOVE / AFOREMENTIONED RULES HAVE BEEN TRAINED/SATISFIED] *** + % HP, + HP*** (e.g. Bishop), *** Recovery of % HP, recovery of HP*** (e.g. Kanna)
    =
    13) [FOR MAGICIANS ***ONLY***, NOT FOR OTHER JOBS: TO TRAIN ONLY AFTER THE ABOVE/AFOREMENTIONED RULES HAVE BEEN TRAINED / SATISFIED]
    ***+% MP, + MP*** (e.g. Bishop), *** Recovery of % MP, recovery of MP***
    =
    14) ***I would recommend increasing the damage or the % damage of a skill, as compared to (Please *AVOID* this >>>) increasing the number of attacks of a skill, and (Please also *AVOID* this >>> ) increasing the (maximum) number of monsters attacked by a skill.***
    =
    15) *****And as much as possible, please *AVOID* spending hyper Passive skill points on *REDUCTIONS TO (SKILL) COOLDOWN (TIME), and *INCREASES TO SKILL DURATION*****
    =
    16) Please *AVOID* ***+ % drop rate*** (e.g. Bishop), because there will be other hyper passive skills which are more important.
    =
    17) For ***Bishop**, please *AVOID* using Hyper Passive Skill Points on skills for Holy Magic Shell.
    =
    18) Please *AVOID* using Hyper Passive Skill Points on reduction on (numerical) counts of the number of uses of skills, to activate other skills.
    (e.g. Demon Avenger)
    =
    19) If the rules before this rule have all been followed, the exception is that if there are still Hyper Passive Skill Points left, Hyper Passive Skill Points can be added to skills ***which reduce skill cooldown (time) by 100%. (e.g. Kanna) ***
    =
    ***20) For Kinesis, in my opinion, the 5 Hyper Passive Skills to train are:***

    [1] Psychic Grab - Reinforce.

    [2] Psychic Ground - Reinforce.

    [3] Mind Break - Reinforce.

    [4] Psychic Ground - Overwhelm.

    [5] Psychic Grab - Boss Point.
    =
    ***21) For Bishop, in my opinion, the 5 Hyper Passive Skills to train are***:
    [1] Holy Symbol - Experience
    [2] Holy Symbol - Imbue Body
    [3] Advanced Blessing - Bonus Damage
    [4] Advanced Blessing - Boss Killer

    Hyper skill SP are gained every 10 levels, i.e. lv140, 150, 160, 170 , 180, 190 and 200. The SP allocation is as such: ('?.' is the type of hyper skill (S, P or A) , the 'P' after '?.' means points, as in skill points) lv140: 1 P.P (Passive hyper skill point) lv140: 1 A.P (Active hyper skill point) lv150: 1 P.P lv160: 1 A.P lv165: 1 P.P lv180: 1 P.P lv190: 1 P.P and 1 A.P Therefore a total of 5 P.P and 3 A.P. The maximum cost of resetting all hyper skill points is ***10 million mesos***. There is a 'reset' button in the hyper skill window. -------------------------------------

    2. HYPER STATS (given for every level-up, up to lv250)
    Please kindly follow the order from points 1 to 6. Thank you.

    3. Add the primary stat(s).
    4. Add the secondary stats(s).
    5. Add % critical damage, % monster defense ignored, and % boss damage.
    Important:
    Before completing the 5th job advancement at lv200, the highest level for each Hyper Stat is lv10.

    *****6. (SPECIAL CASE) If you still have remaining hyper stat points for your character, after your character has reached a % critical rate of 100%, [by the means of:

    1) Lv2 Phantom link skill when Phantom is at lv120+;

    2) Maple Union % critical rate tiles being occupied in Maple Union, and/or a at least Rank S (lv140+) Crossbow Master being equipped in Maple Union, and/or a at least Rank S (lv140+) Night Lord being equipped in Maple Union;

    3) Inner Ability line(s) boosts, taking note that Inner Ability lines should boost primary stats, secondary stats and weapon/magic attack according to your character's job; and taking note that Demon Avenger, Dark Knight, and Phantom using Dark Knight's 3rd job skill Cross Over Chain, require HP to boost their damage range;

    4) % Critical rate boosts from equipment or weapons' additional stats, normal potential stats and/or additional potential stats;

    5) You may have used hyper stat points to boost the % critical rate of your character (This is not
    wrong, but please remember to follow the order from points 1 to 6.)

    6) Any other legal means which follow the Rules of Conduct of MapleStory Korea (KMS), and its licensed versions (including MapleStorySEA, MapleStory Global, etc.)],

    Please kindly use them for ***HP***, in order to "tank" damage dealt to your main character
    by (normal and boss) monsters/mobs, even if your main character is a magician with more MP as compared to HP.
